This text explains personal data processing within the scope of website visits and requests made through communication channels on the site. It is not a request for explicit consent.

Collection method and recipients
Server registrations are automatic; Contact information is collected verbally/electronically via phone, email or WhatsApp conversation you initiate. There are no membership, payment or data collecting forms on the site. Do not send identification documents or sensitive personal data that are unrelated to your request.
Data may be accessed by company employees and hosting/e-mail/technical support providers, limited to purpose and authority. In case of legal obligation, it can be shared with authorized public institutions and judicial authorities.
Foreign services and international transfer
The site does not install Google Analytics, ad trackers, embedded maps or third-party social media plug-ins. When clicked on the map, WhatsApp, manufacturer and social sharing links, it opens the relevant provider's site. Information shared in communication via WhatsApp may be processed by Meta/WhatsApp under its own conditions and may be processed abroad; phone or e-mail are alternative communication channels. Before clicking on these external links, review the privacy terms of the relevant services.
If there is an existing international transfer in terms of the company's hosting/e-mail services and communication processes, the legal mechanism within the scope of Article 9 of the KVKK must also be provided. Clicking on an external link does not in itself give the company unlimited transfer authority.
Storage and disposal
Web server logs are returned daily; A maximum of 30 rotated files are retained. The appearance and language preference remain local until the browser data is cleared or the preference is changed. Communication and commercial correspondence are limited to the transaction purpose and relevant legal retention/limitation obligations. Data whose processing reason is terminated is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Legal records that the provider must also keep are considered within the scope of its own obligations.
Your rights and application
Within the scope of KVKK Article 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed or not, to request information, to learn its purpose and appropriate use, to know the domestic/international recipients, to request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, to delete/destroy it under legal conditions and to notify the recipients of these transactions, to object to the results against you exclusively through automatic analysis, and to request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.

Applications are answered as soon as possible, within 30 days at the latest; As a rule, it is free of charge, and if costs arise, the Board's tariff may be applied. In case of rejection, insufficient response or lack of response, you can complain to the Board within 30 days from the date you learned the answer and, in any case, within 60 days from the application.
